There the girl shows him the room and he sits down. Later he tells her that he wants to drink and the girl brings two bottles of alcohol for him. The girl asks if he needed a company or if she could go. The man tells her to stay and make her drink too. They start drinking and also starts getting more comfortable. They start getting more intimate. But the man passes out later. The girl on the other hand looks at him and steals every thing that he has and runs away. As incidents of women facing inhuman treatment and torture on charges of witchcraft continues unabated across Nepal, a conference of women rights activists underscored the need for endorsing the
country’s proposed anti-witchcraft bill at the earliest. According to documented case studies by women’s rights groups, the elderly, widows, or extremely poor are often singled out as witches. In addition, many are of low caste.

Qatar on Monday formally announced the end of its controversial “kafala” system, the biggest ever labor reform undertaken by the host of the 2022 football World Cup. In a long-expected
announcement, Labor Minister Issa bin Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi said the “kafala” rules would be abolished from Dec. 13. He said a contract-based system to govern the gas-rich Gulf emirate’s 2.1 million foreign workers would take its place. Under “kafala,” all foreign workers working in Qatar require a local sponsor, in the form of an individual or company, and need their permission to switch jobs or leave the country.
“The new law is the latest step toward improving and protecting the rights of every expatriate worker in Qatar,” Nuaimi said.
“It replaces the kafala system with a modernized, contract-based system that safeguards workers’ rights and increases job flexibility.”
Freedom of movement is guaranteed under the new rules, said Qatari officials, including giving workers the right to change jobs. Any workers mistreated will automatically be allowed to change jobs, said officials. The exit visa formally needed to leave the country under “kafala” will be abolished, although workers will still need their employers’ permission to go home. An appeals committee has been established for expats who are denied permission to leave, and that committee has begun work yesterday. Employers who confiscate workers’ passports could be fined 25,000 riyals ($6,800, 6,400 euros), up from 10,000 riyals under “kafala.”

Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), founded in August 16, 1985 is the parent generator and distributor of electric power under the supervision of the government of Nepal.
NEA owns Hydroelectric Plants connected to the grid amounting to 480 Megawatts. It also buys power from Independent Power Producers (IPP) amounting to 230 Megawatts. It operates two fuel operated plants generating 53 Megawatts of Electricity. The total capacity of the Integrated Nepal Power System (INPS) which NEA operates stands at 757 Megawatts.[2] With the demand for electricity ever increasing, NEA has not been able to cope with the huge demand. As a result of which Nepal faces loadshedding for up to 16 hours a day during the dry season. Various projects are underway to help meet the electricity demand but these have been plagued by delays.
